Hi Everyone
Can I just remind you that it is Finals Night on Friday 5th May.
This means that all of the remaining matches will need to be played prior to this date.
The Club Championship is currently at the semi-final stage, but the Handicap and Plate Tournaments are still quite a long way behind. Can anyone left in these tournaments please catch up with your remaining games as soon as possible, because at the moment it is looking highly unlikely that the tournaments will be able to finish on time.
If there are any semi-final or quarter-final matches that have still not been played by the end of next week, then I will be forced to start awarding byes or randomly putting players through to the final. Obviously this wouldn’t be ideal, but it may be necessary to allow Finals Night can run smoothly.
Good luck to everyone left in the tournaments. And to everyone else, I hope to see you next Friday night for a few drinks.
